Gemmotherapy is a super power of the plant kingdom. Gemma comes from the Latin word bud. It’s a specialized form of herbal medicine made from the embryonic, germinating parts of a plant. In other words, it’s the super bright, super light, expansive exhilaration exploding from the new growth of the plant.

Its powerful effects comes from the growth hormones of the germinating plant parts. Auxins, Gibberellins, Cytokinins, and Abscissin are just a few. Once the plant bud, rootlet or young shoot matures and begins producing chlorophyll, many of these constituents begin to subside.

All winter long these beautiful buds are quietly collecting information so they can pop open in the spring. They contain all of the intelligence to produce different parts of the plant such as the leaf, flower, fruit, stem and bark, so it has all of those healthy healing properties. With the formation of the bud, the plant enters a new stage of life and is regenerated. The plant bud extracts then carry this regeneration energy into our own cells, tissues and organs and effectively removes toxins.

What is Spagyric?

We use only fresh plant tissue (never dried or frozen) and utilize an exclusive spagyric extraction method, based on ancient bioenergenetic principles, combined with organic solvents for maceration.

Plants are extracted with organic grape alcohol 60% and organic vegetable glycerin. Grape alcohol is 100% free of contaminants, including toxic metals and allergens; contrary to most plant extracts made with alcohol solvent derived from genetically modified (GMO) cron.

We never modify, cut, or crush tissue; it is undiluted, unadulterated, and never isolated. The materials are macerated for 21-28 days then gently pressed to squeeze all juices. Residual tissues are burnt and their collection ashes (which contain oligo-elements) returned into the extract and then filtered. This is to ensure that nothing is lost and to provide a full-spectrum dietary and phytochemical composition. In-house and independent toxicological testing is performed on every batch, which is then allocated a lot number and an expiration date. This process is repeated to ensure consistency and quality in every drop of our extracts.
