Suggested Daily Use: Preferably on an empty stomach, add 10-20 drops directly in mouth or in a small amount of high quality water. Enjoy up to 3x daily. For acute phase use 5-10 drops every 2 hours, up to 6 times daily. Children < 80 lbs. 1/2 and infants 1/3 of the recommended serving.
